The website

The site describes our products and how to contact us. Product names, descriptions and statuses (live, pilot, building) reflect our current plans and may change without notice.

Our products

Access to Hyperwiz products, such as Hyper CS, Hyper Email or Aftersell, is provided under a separate agreement with each customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, the Hyperwiz name and logo belong to Hyperwiz. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except as the law allows.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and are not liable for losses arising from its use.
