This policy explains what personal data Hyperwiz Company Limited (Công ty TNHH Hyperwiz, enterprise code 0111133238, 182 Phố Vọng, Phường Tương Mai, Hà Nội, Vietnam; “we”, “us”) collects through hyperwiz.org and our products, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to admin@hyperwiz.org.

This website

• We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on hyperwiz.org.
• Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to run and secure the site.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.

When you email us

If you write to us, we keep your name, email address and the content of the conversation so we can reply and follow up. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Our products

When a business uses a Hyperwiz product, such as Hyper CS or Hyper Email, that business decides what customer data the product handles; we process it on their behalf and only to provide the service. The specific terms for each product are agreed with that business.

AI processing

Some product features send text to AI model providers, mainly Anthropic (Claude), to draft or classify content. We send only what the feature needs, and a person reviews AI output before it reaches a customer. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Hyperwiz (for example hosting, email and AI model providers), when the law requires it, or with your consent.

Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and protect it with access controls and encryption in transit.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing admin@hyperwiz.org. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
